Solution for most Login Issues

Problem

You are having trouble logging into Strategic Roadmaps.

Solution

Most login issues are related to local browser caching.

If you are:

  • Seeing a password field instead of the “Log in with SSO” button, or

  • Encountering unexpected error messages on the login page

then this typically points to a caching or stale session issue.

Follow these steps:

  1. Close all browser windows completely.

  2. Open your preferred browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).

  3. Navigate to the Strategic Roadmaps login page.

  4. On the login screen, click Log in with a different account.

  5. Delete the pre-filled email address and manually re-enter your email.

  6. Click Log in with SSO and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the login.
