Solution
Most login issues are related to local browser caching.
If you are:

Seeing a password field instead of the “Log in with SSO” button, or

Encountering unexpected error messages on the login page
then this typically points to a caching or stale session issue.
Follow these steps:

Close all browser windows completely.

Open your preferred browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).

Navigate to the Strategic Roadmaps login page.

On the login screen, click Log in with a different account.

Delete the pre-filled email address and manually re-enter your email.

Click Log in with SSO and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the login.
