Problem
When trying to transfer an item from one roadmap to another, get an error message of Error some fields are invalid: User: Value must not be empty.; Credentials: alue must not be empty.
If you have no field called User and Credentials, you may receive this error if you are trying to transfer items to and from a roadmap with suspended integrations.
Solution
If you still need the items on one roadmap, update the integration credentials on the respective roadmaps and consider a portfolio roadmap since we are unable to move items from an integration.
Alternatively, you could export the roadmap with the integration to CSV. See https://help.tempo.io/roadmaps/latest/export-items-and-milestones for the steps on how to do this. Create a new roadmap, import your CSV file, and transfer the items you want to this new roadmap.
