Users are showing as inactive in Tempo

Problem

The user's status is wrong. Active Jira users are showing as inactive in Tempo.

Solution

This is likely related to this bug with Atlassian. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-93554

As a workaround until this is resolved, we can run a sync to adjust the status.

Please open a support ticket and provide:

  • the full name of the users with the problem

  • a screenshot showing where the user is inactive
