I migrated from Jira Data Center to Cloud, but I can’t see my worklogs in Tempo Timesheets — they only appear in Jira. When I run reports or check the Timesheet in Tempo, the worklogs are missing. How can I fix this?

If you migrated from Jira Data Center to Cloud and your worklogs appear in Jira but not in Tempo, and permissions are not the issue, this usually means the worklog sync between Jira and Tempo has not been completed.
In this case, the Tempo support team needs to trigger the sync, so an agent interaction is required.
