Problem
I’m trying to stop the trial, but it is now stuck in “pending cancellation.”
Solution
When you uninstall the app and see a “pending cancellation” status, this can only be resolved by Atlassian, as they manage all license-related actions. Unfortunately, Tempo does not have the ability to lift this status. We recommend reaching out directly to Atlassian Support to have the pending cancellation removed.
Once Atlassian has lifted the pending cancellation, please navigate to the Find new apps page (available from the right-hand side panel), search for the Tempo app(s) you previously uninstalled, and reinstall them.
