Problem
We have updated the user’s permissions, but the changes do not appear to be taking effect. Despite updating the permissions, the user is still unable to view worklogs, log time, or see teams.
What could cause permission changes not to apply, and what steps can we take to ensure the updated permissions are correctly reflected?
Solution
Caching or Sync Delays
Permission changes may take a short time to propagate. Logging out and back in, or clearing the browser cache, can help.
