How to merge two instances (not workspaces) of Portfolio Manager?
Answer
Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to merge two separate Portfolio Manager accounts/instances.
As a workaround, you can:

Export tasks by project from the instance you no longer want to use.

Create the corresponding projects in the instance you plan to keep.

Use the import template to bulk import the tasks by project into the remaining instance.
