Export list of all users names, user id, and emails

Question

How do I export all users' names, user ids, and emails?

Answer

Currently, there is no export report that includes end-user emails. In the meantime, here are two workarounds:

  • Timesheets tab: Navigate to People > Time > Timesheets tab, then copy and paste usernames and emails directly into a spreadsheet.

  • Custom People table report: In the Library, you can build a customized People table report with fields such as User Name, LP User ID, and Employee ID (email address is not an available field).
