The users name displayed in Tempo does not match the one shown in Jira.

Problem

Tempo does not store user information; all user details are provided by Jira. In Jira, you can manage your account settings by configuring your Full name and Public name.

If the Full name visibility is set to Anyone, Jira will return the full name to Tempo. Otherwise, Jira will return the display name instead.

Solution

Either update the display name or change the full name visibility setting to Anyone.
