Why can't I add the Tempo log time button to the issue's transition screen?

Question	Why can't I add the Tempo log time button to the issue's transition screen?
Answer	We're unable to add a Tempo Log Time button or field to issue transition screen because Atlassian does not provide any endpoints in those screens for any 3rd-party plugins to be able to develop on top of them.
