Problem
Tempo Timesheets no longer appears in the Jira mobile app. It’s still available in a desktop browser, and no error is shown.
Solution
This happens after Tempo’s move to Forge, Atlassian’s app platform. Jira’s mobile app doesn’t currently support Forge apps, so Tempo no longer appears there. This is an Atlassian limitation, and not something we can fix from our side. Atlassian is tracking it as a feature request: JRACLOUD-95236. You’re welcome to vote on it, add a comment, or add yourself as a watcher.
To confirm your site is on Forge, go to Jira settings > Marketplace apps > Take me there > View app details. Timesheets 5.0.0 or later and Tempo Core 6.0.0 or later are Forge versions. See Timesheets Migration to Forge FAQs.
In the meantime, there are two ways to keep logging time on a phone:

Tempo Mobile app: Install the free Tempo Cloud app for iOS or Android; see Tempo Mobile.

Mobile browser: Open Jira in your phone’s browser and use Tempo from there.
