Discrepancy between Tempo and Jira worklogs

Problem

There is a discrepancy between the worklogs in Tempo and those in Jira.

• The time spent in Jira does not match the logged time in Tempo; they are not in sync.

• You have moved, updated, or deleted worklogs, and the changes are not being reflected.

Solution

This may be related to permissions. To see hours in the Tempo report, you need to have permission to view the worklogs of others.

When viewing the logged hours in the work item, you will see the hours without specific worklog information.

If the permissions are in order, please provide additional information, and we will investigate further.
