Why is *.pstmrk.it being flagged as malicious by our security system? What service or application uses it? Is this domain legitimate, or should it be blocked?
Solution
Tempo uses Postmark as its email delivery provider for timesheets, plans, and general notifications. The *.pstmrk.it domain is owned and operated by Postmark and is used to send system-generated emails, such as notifications and updates.
This domain must be whitelisted, as outlined in our Tempo Cloud Whitelist documentation.
