3rd party contractors unable to login Tempo

Question

Why our 3rd party contractors with their own Jira accounts cannot login Tempo?

Answer

There are a few things you need to check if your Jira and Tempo settings are setup correctly.

  1. If these contractors' user accounts are assigned to a valid workload and holiday  scheme.

  2. If they have Tempo Timesheets Access permission in Jira settings.

  3. If the permission  USER PICKER  was granted to the Jira groups that this contractors are members of.
