Can't delete/remove an Account

Problem

When I try to delete an account, I get an error message saying: “There are Projects/Issues linked with this Account.” Why is this happening, and how can I delete the account?

Solution

This happens because the account still has Projects or Issues associated with it, which prevents deletion.

The support team needs to perform an account sync on your instance to refresh and update the account associations. After the sync is completed, please try deleting the account again.

If the issue persists, make sure all Projects and Issues linked to the account are removed or reassigned before attempting deletion.
