Tempo Welcome or "Complete your profile" pop up

Problem

Tempo shows to new users a popup similar o a tutorial, and guides the user to complete profile or follow a few instructions, the user can’t proceed and can’t dismiss this popup.

Solution

Make sure that the dismiss button is being clicked, and try to access from another browser. If the customer has no success, the Tempo support Team can manually deactivate the popup for the instance.
