Problem
A user had submitted their timesheet, which was approved for full hours (40h/40h). Now, when viewing the same week in the report, you see fewer hours.
Solution
When there is a discrepancy between the hours submitted and the hours in a report, it is usually caused by:

There was a permission change, and you lost access to view the project or work item

The work item or project where the time was logged was deleted.
Tempo stores the total time of approved timesheets. This ensures that changes to permissions or the deletion of a project/work item will not impact the user's timesheet.
