Problem
Why is Tempo not returning the same values as the Jira JQL results?
Solution
Jira filters operate at the issue level, while Tempo applies filtering at the worklog level. As a result, the same issue may appear in Jira results, but only a subset of its worklogs (or none at all) may be included in Tempo, depending on the worklog filters applied. This is why mismatches can occur when comparing the two.
