Cannot create a new Tempo account

Problem

The option to create a new account is not visible. The “Create Account” button is missing.

Solution

To create a new account, you need the Tempo Account Administrator global permission.

Your Jira Admin can grant access in the Jira global permissions.
(Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions)
