Problem
We’re not receiving email notifications from Tempo.
Solution
A local configuration can cause this, especially if this is not a problem for all users.
Please check:

Your spam/junk folders,

If there is a rule/filter that may be deleting these emails before they go to your inbox

For Timesheet reminders, verify that there have been no changes to the Scheduler settings.
If that does not help, please open a support ticket and include the email addresses of some users.
