User is unable to load My Work page

Problem

Some of our employees are unable to view any pages in Tempo.

Solution

If there are only a few people not able to view Tempo, you might want to check if they have Tempo Timesheets Access permission.

To check on this permission go to: Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions > Tempo Timesheets Access.

If these users are not part of a group that has the Tempo Timesheets Access permission, you'll need to add them to the group.
