User is unable to load My Work page

Problem

Some of our employees are unable to view any pages in Tempo.

Solution

  • If there are only a few people not able to view Tempo:

    • You might want to check if they have Tempo Timesheets Access permission:

      • To check on this permission go to: Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions > Tempo Timesheets Access.

      • If these users are not part of a group that has the Tempo Timesheets Access permission, you'll need to add them to the group.

    • A Jira admin may also want to try using the Jira function Log in As Another user, to impersonate the affected few users
