Why can't I see any results in a report when filtered by issue?

Question

When I try to create a report and filter by issue, I cannot see any result showing, why?

Answer

In case you need to see every user worklog, you might want to verify if you have these Project permissions: "View All Worklogs", "Work On Issues". In case you only need to see your team's worklogs, please, check if you have the "View team worklogs" permission within your team.
