Tempo data is missing during a period for certain user

Problem

Tempo worklog data is missing for a specific user during a defined time period, causing reports to display fewer hours than expected.

Solution

Check whether the user has an end date set in any of the teams they are a member of.

In Tempo Teams:

  1. Search for the user.

  2. Review each team the user belongs to.

  3. Verify the user’s leaving date for each team.
