Problem
After migrating to Forge, the Tempo sidebar is no longer appearing in the issue/work item view.
Solution
This issue usually occurs when Tempo Timesheets has been manually migrated to the Forge platform while the Tempo Core component is still running on the legacy Connect framework. Because the two frameworks are not fully compatible, this version mismatch prevents them from communicating correctly, resulting in the errors you are seeing and in the Tempo data not loading properly.
To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

Update Tempo Core to Forge
In Jira Administration → Manage Apps, make sure the Tempo Core app is updated to the Forge version so it matches your Tempo Timesheets installation. -
Verify the Migration
After updating, refresh your browser and confirm whether the Tempo menu and gadgets are loading correctly.
