Monthly recurrent plans not shown in every month

When I create a monthly recurrent plan, it does not show in other month if the first day of the plan is a weekend

This is currently the expected behavior when creating recurrent plans in the Timeline. When the first day of the recurrent plan falls on a weekend or "off day", the recurrence will not be shown for this month.

The same applies to recurrences where the parent plan item starts on the 31st of a month and is recurring on Monthly basis, it will have recurrences only for the months of the year that have 31 days.
