How do we hide inactive users in Resource planning?
Answer
When a user is deactivated in Jira, a leaving date is set for them in their Tempo Team.
When viewing your team in resource planning, you will continue to see inactive users as long as their team membership falls within the planning date range.
Additionally, if you have a Full Access Permission Role, you will be able to see all inactive/deleted users. This may not be desirable, and you will need to filter by team to get a cleaner result.
