Symptom
After you filter Resource Planning in Capacity Planner by Spaces, Epics, Issues, Accounts, Jira filters or Jira fields, the resource list still shows people who have no plans that match the filter. Their daily hours and availability also still include the plans that are hidden.
Cause
The Filter by option hides plan cards only. It does not filter the resource list. Daily hours and availability are calculated from all plans, including the hidden ones.
Resolution

To show only the people you need, use Filter by resources.

To see the plan cards behind a resource row, expand the row. The expanded row shows the cards that match the filter.
