This article is for Structure Cloud.
Question
I want to share my structure with external users: anonymous users, customers, and other non-Jira users.
Answer
A structure can only be viewed by users with access to Jira Software, who are also logged in to Jira.
If you want to share it with external users, you can consider the following options:
-
export the structure in Excel and send it to any required user. When exported, a structure is preserved in its state: its items, the hierarchy between them, and all values in the displayed columns: https://help.tempo.io/structure/latest/exporting-to-excel
-
create a guest user account in your Jira, and configure relevant access to it: permissions to see the spaces you want to share, access to Structure Cloud, as well as access to the structure in question. In a structure, users of this account will be able to see only the data that is exposed to them in Jira.
