Problem
When updating your email address in Portfolio Manager New, you receive an error Email Confirmation Not Found, We're sorry, an error occurred while trying to confirm your email address.
Solution
You usually get this error message when there is an exisiting account using the new email address already. This account maybe part of another workspace and/or configured to a different user name. The email will have to be changed on this old account before you can update on your current account. Please note that disconnecting the old account will not resolve the issue.
If you would like the other account removed or are unable to access it for some reason, you will have to reach out to the Tempo Customer Service and Support for assistance.
