I am reaching my license limit, and disconnecting users is not consistently freeing up seats for new members.
Answer
To successfully free up a license, you must ensure that inactive users are fully removed from the entire system. If your organization operates with multiple workspaces, a license will remain "in use" until the user is disconnected from every workspace they were assigned to.
To Disconnect Inactive Members:

Access the People Area: Navigate to the "People" or user management section of your dashboard.

Identify the Member: For each inactive member, click on their name to view their profile and access settings.

Use the Disconnect Option: Select Disconnect to remove them from the current workspace.

Check All Workspaces: If the user was an Admin or a member of other workspaces, switch to those workspaces and repeat the disconnection process.
The license only becomes available for a new user once the inactive member no longer holds a seat in any workspace. This prevents licenses from being "held" by users who are no longer with the company.
