Your server to cloud migration using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) has got stuck at a percentage or cannot complete.
Steps

update all Tempo products to the latest version
(be sure your Tempo and Jira versions are compatible ) -
if it does not complete using the latest version, please contact Support
