Server to Cloud Migration - JCMA is stuck at a percentage

Your server to cloud migration using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) has got stuck at a percentage or cannot complete.

Steps

  • update all Tempo products to the latest version
    (be sure your Tempo and Jira versions are compatible

  • if it does not complete using the latest version, please contact Support


Contacting Support

  • specify if this is a test or production migration

  • your on-premise SEN number

  • the versions of Tempo and Jira you're currently using

  • your Atlassian cloud URL
