How do I find my SEN and EN numbers for Tempo, Structure and Prime Timesheet?

Question

How do I find my Tempo, Structure, and Prime Timesheet SEN number and EN (Entitlement number)?

Answer

For non-Administrators
Data Center
Tempo Products Suite, version 16.3.0 and newer
  1. Go to Tempo (on the top menu)

  2. Go to "About Tempo"

  3. You will find the Tempo SEN number there

  4. If you are a billing or technical contact without product access, you can find your SEN number in your My Atlassian account or in your invoices.

  5. If you are not a billing or technical contact or have a version lower than 16.3.0 installed, please get in touch with your Jira Administrator.

Structure Products suite, version 9.0.1 and newer
  1. Open Structure

  2. Click on "Info" in the bottom right corner of the window

  3. You will find your Structure product SEN number(s) there

  4. If you are a billing or technical contact without product access, you can find your SEN number in your My Atlassian account or in your invoices.

  5. If you are not a billing or technical contact or have a version lower than 9.0.1 installed, please get in touch with your Jira Administrator.

Prime Products Suite
  1. If you are a billing or technical contact without product access, you can find your SEN number in your My Atlassian account or in your invoices.

  2. If you are not a billing or technical contact, please get in touch with your Jira Administrator.

Cloud
Structure product suite
  1. Open Structure

  2. Click on "Help" just under the Jira Search field

  3. Click on "About"

  4. You will find your Structure product EN number(s) there

  5. If you are a billing or technical contact without product access, you can find your SEN number in your My Atlassian account or in your invoices.

  6. If you are not a billing or technical contact and have no product access, please get in touch with your Jira Administrator.

Tempo and Prime Products Suite

We are currently working on displaying licensing information in our Cloud products and will update this section as soon as it is released.

Meanwhile, please refer to the following:

  1. If you are a billing or technical contact without product access, you can find your SEN number in your My Atlassian account or in your invoices.

  2. If you are not a billing or technical contact, please get in touch with your Jira Administrator.

For Jira Administrators

You will need to have Jira Administrator permissions to complete this task.

Data Center
  1. Go to Jira Administration

  2. Go to Manage apps

  3. Go to Manage apps (on the left-hand menu)

  4. Expand your required Tempo, Structure or Prime app section, for example, Tempo Timesheets

  5. You will find your SEN number there

* Server/Data Center products don't have any EN (Entitlement number)

Cloud
  1. Go to Jira Settings

  2. Go to Marketplace apps

  3. Go to Take me there

  4. Search by name of the Tempo, Structure or Prime app section, for example, Timesheets by Tempo

  5. Click on View app details

  6. You will find your EN (Entitlement number) there.
