'We couldn't load the structure' error is shown

Problem

When I open my structure, its content doesn't appear, and a banner is shown at the top of it.

Solution

The structure's generators have 30 seconds to load their content. If they are unable to do so, the automation is paused to avoid spending more resources, and the 'We couldn't load the structure' banner is shown at the top of the structure: https://help.tempo.io/structure-dc/latest/automation-paused

If you click the 'More' button, you will see which of the generators took the longest/struggled the most. There can be many reasons why generators take too long to work, such as:

• the structure is misconfigured

• it's too complex or too large to fetch the content in the default time period

• there is a problem of an external nature that affects Structure and deprives it of the necessary resources.
