Problem
My Structure gadget/Structure macro has performance problems of various kinds, including slow loading and wrong display of its elements.
Solution
It is helpful to try to narrow down the issue, and find out if the problem has an isolated nature, or Structure is affected by it in general:

In the gadget/macro click the Open button in the bottom-right corner to open the displayed structure in full in Jira. Check if the symptoms are displayed there as well, or not. If the structure is loading properly when opened directly, then the problem is likely only related to the gadget/macro, and it might not be about the performance of the structure itself.

Check if the problem reproduces in a different browser, and in incognito mode. If the problem doesn’t happen, then it’s possible that it’s related either to a browser cache, or a browser extension that interferes with Structure.

Check if the problem reproduces for other users. If only some users are affected, it can suggest that the problem is related to local configuration: network settings, connection quality etc.

Try to add the same Structure gadget/Structure macro on a different Jira dashboard/Confluence page to find out if the dashboard/page has anything to do with it.

Upgrade Structure (if the problem is related to Structure gadget) and Confluence Helper app in Confluence (if the problem is related to Structure macro) to ensure that you’re using the up-to-date versions.
