Problem
In the support zip logs, I see messages related to Structure mentioning a lock held by Structure and this error:
cannot acquire lock in 30000ms
Solution
Such messages indicate that a certain structure couldn’t be generated within the default time of 30 seconds. These messages are of an informative nature; they simply indicate that a structure wasn’t properly loaded.
If you see a message like this in the log, this doesn’t necessarily mean that there is a problem with Structure, or a problem caused by Structure on your system. The message shows a symptom; as for what cases it - there can be many reasons both internal and external that can result in a structure not being able to load within 30 seconds.
To help us understand your setup, and find the potential reason of this performance-related problem, please share the logs with us in full, as well as the Performance Audit log collected at Administration | Structure | Support (please note: this log should be collected on each active Data Center node individually).
