Structure error during the Cloud migration assessment

This article is for Structure Cloud.

Problem

When I run the pre-migration assessment on my Jira Data Center instance in the JCMA app, I get the following error related to the Structure app:

The apps listed below need to register their cloud app to receive notifications for a successful migration. Contact the respective app vendor for instructions on how to register their cloud app for migration.

Solution

Please make sure that the following is in place:

  1. Your Structure Data Center version is 9.10.1 or later. If you're using an older version, please upgrade Structure and run the assessment again.

  2. Structure is installed on your Cloud instance, it’s operational, and has a valid license.

If Structure meets the mentioned requirements on both instances, please let us know, and we will look into this matter in more detail.
