Problem
When attempting to start a trial, I receive the error “We ran into a little trouble. It might be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.” when I submit my request to our admin for approval.
Solution
The installation of marketplace apps is fully managed by Atlassian. Unfortunately, as a 3rd party vendor, we at Tempo don’t have control over this process.
