Exported feedback and ideas from legacy Feedback & Idea Manager, missing information.
Solution
We included a limited set of fields in the export from the legacy Feedback and Idea Manager because the legacy data structure didn’t align cleanly with the new Idea Manager. A direct, one-to-one import or automatic transition just wasn’t possible in this case.
Things like Product Areas will have to be created from scratch.
