Problem
We’re seeing “undefined” users in the user menu when running a Time Tracker report.
Solution
This can happen when users viewing the report are missing the “Browse Users and Groups” global permission.
Please have your Jira admin verify that you have this permission
(Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions)
If you’re already in a group with this permission, remove the group, then re-add it.
