Planned Time by Team Gadgets

Viewing data in the Tempo Teams gadgets requires the Approve Timesheet permission.

The Planned Time by Team gadget shows planned and unplanned time in the future for a given team. This gadget is great for Team Leads and Executives to track overall planned time from a current date. 

Please note that none of the Tempo Gadgets can be used in Confluence.

To configure the Planned Time by Team gadget:

  1. Go to your Jira dashboard and click  in the top-right corner of the Team Timesheet gadget.

  2. Select Edit.

  3. Edit the gadget configuration:

    1. Team – All teams that you have Approve Timesheets for.

    2. Display – Select the chart type to illustrate the data in the most meaningful way to you.

    3. Period – Select the time period you want to display. All options start with the current date.

    4. Refresh interval - Select how often you would like the gadget to be updated.

  4. Click Save to display the results in a graph.

Please note that when time has been logged on issues in a project but no time has been planned, the project will be shown with 0 hours planned. This gives Team leads the option to see if there are worklogs that were not made against planned time, so team members
are working on projects that are not scheduled to be worked on. 
Projects without any worklogs or plans in the selected period will not show.
