To use global rates in a folio

To use global rates for a folio in Tempo Budgets for Server you must be the Folio Owner or Folio Administrator:

1. Select your folio using Tempo > (folio name).
2. In the top bar, click Folio, and then Configure.
3. In the left sidebar, click Accounting.
4. Select or deselect Use Global Rates to synchronize the Cost Rates for staff in the folio with the Global Cost Rates.
