Access Privileges for Planned vs Actual Report
Access to the Planned vs Actual report is controlled by two team permissions: View Team Plans and View Team Worklogs. You need to have both of these permissions for a team to access the report. Your Tempo Team Administrator can grant you these permissions.
Example:
If you have the permission to view worklogs and plans for teams A and B, but only permission to view worklogs for team C, you can view the Planned vs Actual report showing planned and logged hours for teams A and B, but not team C.
View worklogs and View plans permission on the team level are managed on the team's Permissions page.

In this example the planned vs actual hours for this team will be visible to the Team Lead, but the Member role will not have access to this information.
