Reindex Users

If the Resource Planning or Manage Staff page does not display all current users, click Reindex Users to refresh your data and update the list.

This does not affect any other Jira or Tempo features but may take several minutes to complete depending on the size of your instance.

To access Reindex Users:

1. Select Settings in the Tempo sidebar.

2. Under SYSTEM, select Reindex Users.
