To see an overview of your resources in Tempo for Server

To see an overview of your resources in Tempo Planner for Server, you need to have View Team Plans permissions for the teams containing those resources.

1. From the Tempo menu, click Resource Planning under Planner.
2. Click Resources at the top-right.
3. At the top-left, select Month, under Display.
4. The Resource Planning view shows you how your resources are allocated on each day:

1. A green check mark indicates that a resource is fully allocated.
2. A yellow "progress" bar shows you visually the relative amount of available hours allocated.
3. A red bar indicates that a resource is over-allocated.
