Viewing Feedback
The following guide includes features that are currently only available through our Early Access Program (EAP). If you are interested in participating in our EAP, please contact Tempo Support.
Once you’ve created and published a feedback form, you can view any feedback you received in your Feedback Inbox.

In your Feedback Inbox, you will see a list of feedback for the product areas you have access to. For each piece of feedback, you can:
View the feedback.
Assign the feedback to specific customers.
Link the feedback to an idea.
View attachments.
Leave internal or external comments.
Once you’ve reviewed the feedback, you can mark it as processed by clicking the mail icon in the upper-right corner, or select the three dots to archive the feedback.
