R.I.C.E. Score
The R.I.C.E. Score field is a built-in system field that can be used to prioritize ideas. Evaluating an idea's reach and impact and comparing those against the effort it will take to implement allows you to better prioritize future work.

The R.I.C.E. Score is calculated as:Reach x Impact x Confidence / Effort
Supporting Fields
When you add the R.I.C.E. Score field to an Idea View, it also adds the following fields (unless they were already added):
Reach
Impact
Confidence
Effort
Reach
How many people will the idea affect? This could mean customers, internal teams, or any other group affected by the new idea.
The Reach value can be set to any number, but keep in mind that the higher the value, the more it will affect the final R.I.C.E score – so it’s best to determine which is more important: Reach or Impact, and adjust your Reach range accordingly.
Impact
How much will this benefit your users or your goal? For example, if this idea were implemented, how much would it improve adoption, retention, or conversion?
The Impact can be scored on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being the lowest impact and 5 being the highest.
Confidence
How confident are you in the numbers above?
You may think the idea will have a huge impact, but do you have data to prove it? This should be a value between 1 and 100, representing a percentage.
Effort
How much work will be required to implement the idea?
Effort can be scored on a scale from None to X-Large.
