Labels for Swimlane Cards in Compact Mode: Users can now set labels on their Swimlane cards when working in Compact Mode. Similar to Standard Mode, you can add labels to your Swimlane from the respective drop-down in the Card Customization section of the Format Panel.
Improvements to Labels on Swimlane: In addition to the update above, users can now select multiple fields for their card labels in both Compact & Standard Swimlanes. This allows you to surface more key details than ever before. We’re starting with 2 fields, but may expand this based on customer feedback.
New Customization Options: For users working with sub-items in the Swimlane, we’ve introduced a new control that lets you choose whether your sub-items are expanded or collapsed when the roadmap is loaded. This control can be found in the Format Panel under the new Chart Customization section.

Matrix View for Idea Manager: Our new Matrix View in Idea Manager has launched for users on Professional & Enterprise plans. To learn more about this feature, visit our Idea Views help center article.
Idea Manager for Business Users: Users on Business plans now have access to the base version of Idea Manager. For more details on available features, please visit the Strategic Roadmaps pricing page.
Authentication for Idea Portals: We’ve introduced some additional authentication options for Idea Portals: Google Sign-In & Microsoft Login. Similar to the email authentication method, only customers whose emails or domains have been approved for access in your Customer Directory will be able to log in when this feature is enabled.

Deprecation of Legacy Feedback & Ideas: We’ve announced the deprecation of the legacy Feedback & Ideas modules in Strategic Roadmaps. This will take place end-of-day October 1st, 2025 - for more details on how to export your legacy data, please refer to the deprecation notice posted on our Legacy Feedback & Ideas landing page.
