Creating New Ideas

When working in Strategic Roadmaps, multiple pieces of submitted Feedback can be rolled up into an Idea, which represents the overall end goal or solution that will come from the feedback that's been provided to you.

To create a new idea from an Idea View:

1. Open the Ideas module

2. Select the appropriate Idea view

3. Select + Add Idea

4. Enter the Idea details: Name, Description (optional), Product area(s)

5. Press Create

Once you’ve created a new idea, you can:

• Customize the idea

• Connect the idea to feedback

• Connect the idea to a roadmap item for execution

• Connect the idea to customers
