Roadmap Templates
Strategic Roadmaps offers over thirty ready-made, fully customizable roadmap templates to make getting started fast and simple.
Our templates come with the fields, views, and (optionally) data set best suited to the roadmap's use case. They're an easy way to get started with roadmapping, and a great way to get ideas or learn about roadmapping best practices.
Explore Popular Roadmap Templates
Strategic Roadmaps offers over a variety of roadmap types, including Product, Marketing, and Sales Roadmaps - among many others. Each roadmap template comes with its own recommended fields but is fully customizable so you can make it your own.
You can explore all the available templates by opening the Roadmaps homepage and selecting Templates from the navigation panel.
By selecting a template from the list, you can view the Template Preview screen where you can navigate through the different views to determine if this is the right roadmap for you.
Once you’ve found the template you want to use, click Use This Template at the top of the screen.
In the New From Template dialogue that appears, you can specify:
Title - the name that appears at the top of the roadmap and in your roadmap lists.
Fiscal Year-End - the end of your fiscal year, which will be used when plotting items on the timeline. See Fiscal Year Settings to learn more.
Whether to include Sample Data - every roadmap template comes with sample data that you can modify or duplicate. The sample data can be useful if you want to test a roadmap type before creating one of your own.
