Connecting Ideas to Customers

You can connect ideas to customers to prioritize them, provide evidence for an idea’s value, and follow up with the customer when you execute on that idea.

To connect an idea to a customer:

1. Open the idea and select Customers.

2. Search for the customer you want to connect the idea to and select it in the dropdown list.

Unlink a Customer

To unlink a customer from an idea: expand the customer card, click the three dots at the bottom, and select Unlink Customer.
